- When to Use: Blur Primer can be applied under foundation to maximise radiance or worn alone to create a perfected canvas.
- Recommended Amount: Apply one pump on the back of the hand.
- Application: With a foundation brush or clean fingers, apply with gentle sweeping motions from the centre of the face outward. Leave to melt into skin for 10 seconds before applying foundation, if desired.

Its a lovely primer, goes on really well and doesn't make your skin greasy or shiney. I would like it to fill in fine lines a little more. But for overall priming of face its nice.
