- Application: Massage into wet hair, allow to remain on hair for 1-5 minutes. Rinse. Wash hands thoroughly.

BRIGHTER AND BLONDER HAIR WITHOUT DRYING!
Love this toning shampoo, ive used toning shampoos before on my bleached blonde hair which have left it feeling dry but this one doesnt! It feels soft and my hair doesnt only look less warm toned but it actually looks brighter and even abit blonder! Love it :)
