Philip Kingsley’s Vented Grooming Brush has anti-static properties, a soft cushion to ensure gentle pressure and rounded pins, widely spaced to grip without tangling and give gentle scalp care. This smaller brush is great for styling, or for shorter hair.
Constructed from light weight maple wood for durability and ease of use, this unique vented brush can be used for general grooming or blow drying. The Philip Kingsley Vented Grooming Brush has sizeable holes that allow heat to disperse quickly, which dries hair faster and more evenly meaning exposure to the blow dryer is minimised.
Directions of use:
- First, remove tangles from wet hair with a wide tooth comb starting at ends of hair and working up towards roots.
- Blow dry and groom hair using gentle strokes with the grooming brush and stop as soon as hair is just dry.

Do not buy, waste of money
Brush is okay, although leaving it in my bathroom began chipping the ‘wood’ off from the day I bought it. Save your money and don’t just purchase because of the brand name

The brush tangles hair, you need to brush through carefully first, and only then it goes easy. Would not recommend. On the positive side, the round end tips are pleasant on the scalp, going massaging sensation, especially good for someone who tend to have a flaky scalp - it's more gently than bristle brush.

This must be one of the best brushes I've ever owned, I've had the handbag size for a while and decided to invest in the bigger one, they are amazing brushes and well worth the extra money.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I bought this brush just over a year ago. At first it was great, but I have recently noticed it has become very uncomfortable to use. On closer inspection of the brush I noticed that the rounded bits of plastic that cover the ends of the pins have broken off in places, leaving jagged edges. I contacted Philip Kingsley Customer services who refused to help as the brush was over 12 months old. Given the price of the brush, I would expect it to last longer than a year of light use.

Well made useful hairbrush
This brush glides through my hair without pulling or tugging. I have very fine hair which is thinning. This Philip Kingsley brush is good for me. I like the wooden handle, very comfortable size to use. Thank you Philip Kingsley.

fab
As an Aveda fan for the last 20 years, I have been using Aveda paddle brushes for years but found the last couple had worn out really quickly (prongs have bent and they are a pig to clean). I wanted a smaller version for my handbag but Aveda stopped making theirs. So I tried this one. Wow. I have long, thick unruly hair and this did an awesome job. I usually blowdry my hair with a paddle brush (this one is exactly the same but a smaller version) but I used this and the difference is amazing, my hair is so much sleeker and softer and a lot less frizzy. The air vents mean I no longer cook my hair whilst drying it. I honestly can't believe how much difference this has made - I'm going to buy another one to keep in the car and I bought the paddle brush too (which is equally amazing).

This brush may be on the expensive side but it's worth every penny. It has outlived any of my other brushes as my hair is very thick and destroys the prongs! (Bends and twists them) this brush stands up to that and I think it's about the best brush ever. Worth the extra!!
