I can’t praise this enough, suffering peri menopause symptoms getting off to sleep and staying asleep is one of the things I’m struggling with but this works wonders, tried after reading good reviews and glad I did now

I don’t know if this has actually been helping me sleep better or not, but it certainly relaxes me before bed. My boyfriend uses it as well and finds it very soothing. It smells amazing, stronger than I expected because of other reviews - but not strong in a bad way, the smell itself is quite soft and aromatic, like potpourri. Makes my skin feel nice as well. Holds up agsinst other pillow sprays, I can just never tell if they help me sleep or not (I have health conditions, including chronic pain, so I might not be a fair judge).

I have tried a range of sleeping potions to help aid with my autistic little ones sleep so far this one has been the best, the smell is not overpowering and I have noticed a difference with my son he will settle down so much quicker than before and it seems to relax him. would recommend giving it try if struggling with anxiety before bed it's a good calming product with an affordable price tag
