Sarah Chapman skinesis eye insurance
When first applying it feels nice and the tint reduces the appearance of dark circles. Unfortunately after a an hour or so my eyes start to smart and it remains this way till I wash it off. Also the tube / applicator is very messy. Would have been better if one could squeeze a small amount on to fingers. I expected better for the price I paid for it.
