2. Turn on the device and select the energy level that is comfortable for you.
3. Place the area window on the area you want to treat, ensuring full contact with your skin. Press the trigger button and deliver a single flash. Move on to the next spot and repeat. For continuous flashes, hold the trigger button down as you move the device .

Impressed so far
It takes several sessions over a few weeks to see results. Feels like a very high-quality item from start to finish - box and user manuals are very well put together. The device itself plugs into the wall and contains a small fan which kicks in when it's switched on to keep the device cool. There's no pain, just a heat sensation when it flashes, but very impressed so far
