Hold mask on face, avoid touching the outside of the mask. Loop over ears to hold in place. Ensure mask covers nose and mouth and is well sealed using the wire to bend and fit to your nose. Wash face mask after every use, machine washable at 60 degrees. Washable and reusable up to 30 times. Wash dark garments separately. Can be tumble-dried and ironed. Change mask monthly.
