Made my hair very soft ! Little goes a long way 

It makes my hair dry definitely  not buying again

This conditioner is great. My hair is long and thick, and this makes it soft and gets rid of frizz. It's impressive for the price, like all The Ordinary products. The only problem is the bottle, which looks cool but is poorly designed. It's difficult to squeeze a cuboid bottle made of hard plastic, and this conditioner needs to be in a bottle you can squeeze because it's thick. I have to take the lid off and shake it upside-down. I'm sure lots ends up getting left in there because I can't get it out. I appreciate that they've gone for a distinctive design, but shampoo bottles are round for a reason...

I love this conditioner. I have thick hair and it really softened my hair. My hair is easier to brush after using this.
