Nice scent
I have used this spray for a few years now as I have trouble falling asleep. The scent is lovely, a strong lavender. Not 100% if it helps with sleep but definitely makes the room and bedsheet smelling amazing!

Not As Good As I Expected.
I normally use the Temple Spa spray, but came across this as wanted to try something different. I feel the Temple Spa spray is so much better. The scent of this once sprayed I feel doesn’t last long at all. I normally like to spray it on my pillow about half an hour before I go to sleep but it just doesn’t work. I won’t be ordering again.
