What can I say? It's a shower gel that smells like the herbs that are supposed to make you feel sleepy. If you can train yourself into a Pavlovian response where you feel ready for bed when you smell these smells, then I'm sure it will work for you. Otherwise, nada.

I use this every night when I shower before bed. You need the tiniest amount as a little goes a long way. At first I wasn’t sure of the price as it is pricey for a shower gel. But I’ve been using this for months and still have loads left so it works out good value for money as you don’t need to use a lot.

What a shame this really used to work, would relax me and send me off to a deep night sleep. However i purchased a second bottle (Oct 2022) and clearly they have watered down or are using cheaper ingredients because no longer can yo smell that rich lavender smell. What a shame to ruin what used to be a great product. Sadly wont be purchasing again.

I buy This Works shower gel for all my hard working family and friends, as a treat and huge thank you for being out there in the pandemic. They all love it and say it’s better than most spa products they have used. It’s worth every penny just to know they can at least try to relax after an extremely long and tough day.

I’ve been having trouble sleeping so I bought a whole load of different things to help. I do find that the fragrance is quite soothing, and I have slept better after using it. I’ve given it four stars instead of five as obviously I don’t know if I would have slept any better or worse without it. Maybe I need to use it in the morning and see what happens!
