The exfoliating moisturiser is enriched with concentrated Urea which produces a powerful keratolytic action on rough or very thick skin. Perfect for use on areas such as the elbows and knees, or patches of psoriasis on the body and scalp. The softening and exfoliating action of this cream helps to give the appearance of smoother, more hydrated skin.
Apply twice a day or as required on affected areas. You may experience temporary tingling sensations as the product starts to work. Avoid contact with eyes.

Incredibly effective & fungal acne safe
So I bought this because I'm an ingredient snob LOL. I ALWAYS read back labels and this had a high concentration of Urea, while being safe for fungal acne. I have medium brown, dry, fungal acne prone skin. I used it at night ONLY, so I wouldn't risk sun sensitivity during the day. I used it on my rough, dark elbows, knees & some dark spots on my face. I'd put it on immediately on dry skin after my shower (before any body lotion) & let it sink on for a few minutes then continue my night routine. The first day, the spots on my face were gone. After a few more days, my elbows are baby smooth. My knees are... getting there lol. They are softer but I know it will take time to see the full effect. All this after less than a week. I'm excited to see the full results in a month or so Fragrance free, gave me no breakouts, redness or adverse reactions whatsoever & a little goes a long way. I will definitely be repurchasing this
