Day Cream:  Apply to clean, damp hair lengths and ends. Start with only a peanut-size, add more if needed. Blow dry or let it air dry.

Spray: Spray on clean damp hair and brush through. No need to rinse.

Night Cream: Apply on lengths and ends in the evening. Leave it in or rinse out in the morning.
