It's cool...
I have been looking for a eye makeup remover for a while that actually gets all eye makeup off without harming my skin. I would not say I have sensitive skin but as I have got older my eye skin is thinning and is in need of extra care. This cool gel glides gently over the eye, removes all my eye makeup with no stinging, dragging or pressure needed. The coolness on the eye also wakes your skin and leaves your eyes feeling refreshed and bright. Would highly recommend this product.
