Apply to dry hair before bed. Use the nozzle to directly apply a generous amount to your scalp, massaging in then smoothing from root to tip. Wrap long hair into a bun, leaving in overnight. I got gigs as a complimentary gift with another hair mask and it was a nice gift which I will be purchasing in future. It left my hair soft and shiny. I normally find overnight makes too heavy and greasy feeling but this was not like that.
