Comfortable to apply, the retractable pencil can be used to create smooth, precise lines, or blended and smudged for a sultry, smokey eye effect. Includes a sharpener to keep your tip sharp for high performance, professional results.
Retract the mechanical pencil and begin applying as close to the lash line as possible and line the entire length of the lid. Use in the water line by stretching outer eye down and apply using soft strokes. To sharpen, remove bottom cap with built-in sharpener and use to sharpen if needed.
