This is quite lightweight which is great for my fine hair, I can't say for sure this has absolutely put moisture back into my hair as I've started using other hydrating products at the same time, but I like how my hair looks and feels lately. I struggle with using oil on my ends because it always looks like I have oily hair, whereas this is undetectable.
