Submerse your skin in a pool of indulgence with the Aveeno Soothing Bath Soak. Made with 100% natural colloidal oatmeal, the gentle formula dissolves in the water to help to replenish and comfort dry skin. The fragrance-free treatment creates a milky bath to help indulge your body in moisture and promote the appearance of healthier-looking skin.
Pour into running water, stir the product until completely dissolved making sure there is no oatmeal settled in the bottom of the bath to avoid slipping. For best results, soak in the bath for 15 minutes and up to 30 minutes. Do not rinse off, pat your skin dry to keep a thin layer on the skin. After your bath, apply moisturiser. Soaking for too long may dry your skin.

Good pain relief
I purchased this soothing bath soak for my mum, who is dealing with shingles. While the shingles pain is tough, this soak has been a welcome relief. Mum uses it every second day alongside her other medicines, and it effectively calms the pain for several hours. It's not a miracle worker, but definitely worth 4 stars for its calming effect.

Kind of hard to dissolve
Tried 3 sachets, every time I've changed my approach slightly to prevent clumks but everytime I end up with clumps which is kind of annoying. I don't really think it's helped my skin that much compared to how it felt before using this. Its nice, not a bad product I'm just unlikely to repurchase
