Unfold the mask and gently tear apart the two ear loops by pulling apart at the middle. Open the ear loops away from the mask. Hook the ear loops over your ears and position the mask over the eye area. Relax and enjoy 20 minutes of gentle warmth over the eye areas.

Smells so nice
I don’t sleep very well these days and sometimes of o have a spell where i end up awake for longer than an hour in the night, I pop one of these on and the gentle warmth and pleasant relaxing scent help me to drift off. Unfortunately too expensive to use every night, but I do save for emergencies (plus I think it would lose its effectiveness if I used every night!) Every bit as good as the more expensive version of these!

I absolutely love this product. I bought them initially to help relieve migraine but they are so pleasant that I now wear them to bed as an eye mask and they stay on all night. Obviously the heat wears off after 30 mins or so but by that time I’m fast asleep. I’d compare it to having a warm face cloth placed over your eyes. Just beautiful
