been using this for a few years. apply as first coat. It is black so can use as a stand alone mascara It has given me false eye lashes, where as before mine were non existant ! part of amke up routine

The best tinted lash primer!
I love this primer. I have very short lashes and this product really gives my lashes a boost. The fact that it's tinted means it can be worn alone for a more natural look or under mascara for a more dramatic look. The brush is cleverly shaped to allow the primer to be easily applied to every lash, particulary the outer corner lashes. No clumping either. I highly recommend it.
