Option 1: Cold - Simply keep the mask in the fridge and use when required.
Option 2: Warm - Place the mask in warm water for 5-10 minutes. Make sure the mask is not too hot before use. Test the heat on your forearm first.
Apply to face and adjust for a comfortable fit. Reusable hot or cold with gel pearls that holds temperature for approximately 20 minutes.

Bought for migraines
I bought this for when I have the onset/beginning of a migraine and it is nice. You can make it as tight or as loose as you’d like. I’m not sure how long it will last, not sure about the quality however it is comfortable and I would buy it again. It doesn’t stay cold for long.

Does not sit around the eye area very well at all. Uncomfortable to wear. Tried using it but it’ll end up in a drawer for ever now. I wouldn’t bother!
