I like that it is easy to clean. It feels nice on the scalp. I'm.not sure about the flexible element as when it gets stuck in a knot the brush can ping at me. This can ping a lot of water in my face when detangling wet hair. Otherwise it is not too rough

Absolute game changer. I have long fine knotty hair. It’s always tangled and knotty especially when wet. This brush is a game changer. It really does de tangle. Each bristle moves individually so it’s doesn’t tug when caught on a knot. Get it you won’t regret. The only downside is I can’t really use it to blow dry as can’t put as much tension on the hair, which I guess is the point of this brush.
