- Application:: Recommended use in the evening only and always follow with SPF protection in the daytime. Use pump applicator to dispense product onto fingers. We suggest start with a small amount, and by using once a week. Then build up use that is tolerated by your skin. Avoid contact with eyes and lips, if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. This product may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun. Always use a sun protection in the daytime and limit sun exposure when using this product.
- Routine: Discover CeraVe's routine for post-breakout marks. Cleanse the skin thoroughly using CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser. Recommended use day and night. In the morning, follow with CeraVe AM Facial Moisturising Lotion SPF 50. In the evening, apply CeraVe Resurfacing Retinol Serum.

ive used granactive retinoid for the last few years with no complaints but was dying to try this. i like the bottle and the feel of this, its a gel type formula and feels very moisturising but unfortunately i cant speak much of its retinol effects; i just cant tell a difference.

Good at minimising pores
The main reason I wanted to try this product is because of my awful pores on my nose skin and around my nose as well as some scarring as I had acne all the way into my 30s. I’m not saying it’s completely solved the issues but it’s working - I’ve not had enough time yet to give it a proper go. Albeit it’s slightly skin drying I won’t give it up - all the heating at home and work and cold weather adds to the dry skin so it might just be a coincidence and I’m not yet ready to throw in a towel. It goes on nice, sinks in well and doesn’t feel gloopy or heavy at all, nice light consistency.
