I have long hair so I thought I’d have to use a large amount to clean my hair. Put I only needed to use about a teaspoon full. The scrub felt really nice on my scalp and has left my hair squeaky clean. I didn’t need to use any other shampoo and my hair feels great. The only thing I would say is that it did leave my hair a little knotty … it says on the tub that the scrub should be followed by the brands detangler. I will definitely be giving that a try!
