I have very frizzy, curly, long hair and have been fighting it since I can remember. One time my hairdresser used this and I fell in love with it ever since. It fights humidity like nothing else if used correctly. I use this when I wear my hair straight and use the one for curly hair when I leave it curly. I always have this and use it almost every time I wash my hair - it states that it lasts for 3-4 washes but my hair is more frizzy than most so I use it more often than that.
