I have fine heavy hair and have tried all kinds of styling products over the years. There is nothing to touch this. It really does last a few washes and protects my hair from heat styling, my hair is in far better condition. It doesn't weigh the hair down. To avoid build up I used a deep cleansing shampoo before I spray it on again, seems to work very well.

I think it’s important you use good shampoo and conditioner that are free from parabens and silicones to get great results. I find the more I use this the better my hair gets.
