The serum WORKS! I have new hair that I believe that once it grows enough, it will increase the volume and overall appearance of hair density. The serum is watery, not greasy, at least for me. The hair loss only remained when washing my hair. Before, I used to see trails of fallen hair all over my apartment and that terrified me. Now, if I don't wash, but just comb it in the morning and evening, I have maybe 10 hairs in total that have fallen out, which makes me very hopeful.
