I would still get adult acne the odd time. I put these on at night and by the morning the redness is definitely reduced and you can see by the patch if anything has come out. It definitely speeds up the healing process.

perfect to stop picking and reduce inflammation
These have worked really well alongside my Accutane medication to stop me from picking at blemishes and spreading bacteria around my face, and they're non-drying too. They definitely don't rid of the spot completely but help to reduce inflammation because I'm not picking at my pimples. I would recommend; these are better than other brands I've tried but I went through them so quickly because I have severe acne - might be better for someone who gets the odd breakout or has mild acne.

These spot stickers are very effective. Pop one on over night, and by the morning the spot has definitely shrunk. Teenage daughter has also used these and said the same. There are different sizes in the pack which is useful, and they peel off really easily. They are in a resealable pack.
