Apply to damp skin

Very sticky but does dry down within a few minutes. My skin definitely doesn’t dry out when I have this on but I don’t actually feel like it hydrates my skin it feels more like a mask and once I wash it off my skin goes back to how it normally is. Will continue to use as it doesn’t break me out and makes me look a bit glowy and healthy but need to find something else to hydrate my skin.
