Easy, moisturising but not hydrating.
It definitely helps with dry and sensitive skin but it doesn't give any life or plumpness to the skin. I use it over a hydrating serum and together they work well but if you wanted this to do everything including a dewy or glowy finish, it won't really do that. Still a lovely product though.
