The unflavoured powder blends easily with a variety of food and drinks, meaning you can mix it into your morning tea, oats, smoothie or simply water. The supplement is fortified with vitamin C to support normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin.

Serving suggestion: 2 large, heaped teaspoons (13g) of powder in 200ml of water, milk, coffee, tea or smoothie. Mix well. Take once a day.
