The multi-purpose, multi-award-winning balm has been expertly balanced to suit all skin types, and combines the brand's signature blend of four aromatic plant oils (Clove, Eucalyptus, Hops and Egyptian Chamomile) to promote glowing, radiant, smoother-looking skin. Clove Oil encourages clear, clarified skin, while Egyptian Chamomile Oil and Cocoa Butter soften, soothe and condition.
Developed to be used in conjunction with the specially woven, 100% muslin cloth, it provides a deep yet gentle cleanse; effortlessly melting away dirt and makeup (even stubborn waterproof formulas) while gently exfoliating and decongesting without drying or stripping skin. It helps to slough away dead skin cells, smoothing and refining skin's texture, preparing the complexion for the next steps in your skincare regime.
After use, skin feels smooth, clean and decongested with improve tone and circulation. Witness visible benefits on all skin types.
Please Note: When subject to temperature change, the formula has a tendency to crystallise over time. This is a natural process and varies per product. Warm up the cleanser between hands to melt the crystals before applying. The exfoliation benefit is generated by using the woven muslin cloth provided.
The colour of the product may vary from yellow to green, dependent on the harvest of the Chamomile Oil. This does not impact the efficacy of the product.

Best cleanser ever
After stints with other cleansers, I always return to this one. It’s expensive but it lasts for ages so it’s actually good value - especially if you catch it in the sale. It removes all traces of make-up including mascara (no need for a separate product for that job) and leaves your skin super soft. My pores are always much smaller when I’m using this. One thing I would say is that you might be better with the smaller 100ml tub. I once got the big one and it went runny and oily during a hot summer and never returned to being solid. It still worked effectively but didn’t feel as nice to put on.

Not keen on the smell
I received the mini version as part of the September beauty box, and I really wanted to love it but couldn't get past the smell, it's very unpleasant to me. That said, the actual function of the balm performed well on the skin, walms up in the palm and creates a creamy silky lather when water or a hot damp cloth is placed on the skin. Unfortunately not for me though due to the scent.
