Not good
I also received a 20ml tub in my September Beauty Box. Was actually quite excited to try it and was quite prepared to invest in a bigger size. As another customer has said, the smell was very off-putting. A dull flat smell, a bit like smelling a jar of spice that has lost its kick. Just a big base note of earthyness. Its nothing like any other balm cleansers I've ever tried. Usually there is a big hit of fragrance. which encourages you to masage it in longer and breath in all the lovely smells. Not this. i thought I'd maybe got a random jar that was out of date, hence the no fragrance. So i came hear to read through feedback. Ive also read the ingredients list on the Look Fantastic website and now realise its made with paraffin. So its a definite no no for me. I did enjoy the rest of the beauty box though.

Don't like the scent
I received the mini as part of the September beauty box, and I really wanted to love it but couldn't get past the smell, it's very unpleasant to me. That said, the actual function of the balm performed well on the skin, walms up in the palm and creates a creamy silky lather when water or a hot damp cloth is placed on the skin. Unfortunately not for me though due to the scent.

Don’t get the hype
Don't like this at all compared to other brands I have used. Looks nice and is nice to apply on but it turns slimy during removal and so it doesn’t remove make up very effectively as it just turns to a paste, and it has an overpowering fragrance like very strong mulled wine. The muslin cloths that come with it are useless. Won’t buy again.
