Hydrating body cream that reduces aches
A lovely hydrating body cream,l which I use after dry body brushing, if leaves my skin soft and smooth. The magnesium also soothes my muscles and this is a great alternative to bath salts (I'm not a fan of baths and prefer a shower) so having the magnesium in a cream is fab!
