Had this as part of level 3 loyalty rewards programme - usually I use glycolic acid for exfoliating so this was a welcome change to my usual routine as I'm not always sure they do anything. This is lovely and gentle - you definitely don't feel like its harsh or creating damage. You're face doesn't feel dry after either, just nice and smooth and ready for a moisturiser. Would recommend, as a little goes a long way.
