I have been using these vitamins for over four months now and I can definitely see a difference in my hair. It now grows much more quickly and it’s far fuller than it was before. I would also say that the strength of my hair has improved and I have less breakage. These gummies also taste delicious so they’re something I enjoy taking and you don’t need any water to take them.
