The hair gummies feature a blend of biotin, zinc and selenium that help to contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin while vitamin C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress that can lead to potentially higher fall-out rates. Complete with a delicious strawberry flavour, the soft gummies double as a tasty sweet treat.

Amazing but try the vegan version.
I've only been taking these for the past month, but the conditioner of my hair definitely feels better. My hair is longer too! It takes ages to grow out usually. Just wish I had chosen the vegan ones instead (Unicorn shaped!).
