Fusing skincare benefits with makeup, ICONIC London’s Underglow Blurring Primer delivers a dewy, soft-focus veil with a semi-satin finish. The lightweight elixir acts as the first step in your routine, prepping and priming your skin to help improve makeup application and longevity.
Infused with vitamin C and champagne pearls, the hydrating and illuminating formula melts across the skin to create lit-from-within radiance. Enhanced with blue light protection, the skincare-makeup hybrid also helps to blur the appearance of pores and imperfections. Apply drops to the entire face to create a soft, fresh-faced glow.
- When to Use: After moisturising.
- Recommended Amount: 2-3 drops.
- Application: Shake well before use. Apply drops all over the face or on targeted areas, blending out with your fingertips.

This is so nice on the skin, it feels like it smooths everything out, leaves such a nice glow which I loved on holiday when I had a tanned face, just popped that on instead of a full face and felt like thats all I needed.

This is a really lively product to use. It works well as part of a no makeup look. It's more glowy and less blurring so if you're wanting it specifically for blurring then this is not for you however the glow is gorgeous. Its a lovely texture to rub in and feels luxurious to use. I can't be without this now.

This primer is nice but I have tried others I like better. I tend to just use it in areas I want more of a glow and avoid any areas with texture. It doesn’t work too well around my smile lines and makes makeup sit in the lines but works nicely on my cheeks and forehead.
