Kérastase Ciment Thermique is the first heat-activated reconstructor milk for weakened hair. It works by strengthening the hair fibre internally and protecting the surface of the hair, smoothing it from root to tip, to leave it firm, supple and energised.
Kérastase Ciment Thermique is formulated with Thermo-activation, specially developed to use with heat, it increases the effects of the product by sealing the reconstructing active ingredients in the fibres; Vita-Ciment recreates the intercellular cement, strengthening the hair fibre from the inside; and Vita Topseal, a resurfacing active ingredient which reinforces the natural external protective layer. Hair is left firm, supple and energised.
Directions of use:
- Apply to towel-dried hair.
- Apply section by section to the mid-lengths and ends avoiding the root area.
- Massage-in thoroughly and repeat finishing at the front hair line.
- Detangle using a wide-toothed comb starting with the ends and moving towards the roots.
- Do not rinse.
- Blow-dry using a round styling brush.
- Style hair using flat ceramic irons or tongs.

a must-have for dryer-users
I have comperatively thick, but fine hair structure and I'm blow drying my hair regularly. I use Ciment Thermique after shampooing and removing the moisture from the hair with a towel. I apply a walnut size of the cream and spread it through the lenghts up to the ends of the hair before blow drying and leave it. This product compeltely protects my locks and leaves my hair very soft and with healthy look & more importantly, in healthy condition! This is one more wonderful Kerastase product that minimises the damages that the heat does to my mane and I totally DO recommend it as a must-have!

Brilliant!
I'm usually a sceptic and don't expect immediate results but this product is brilliant! I used it after bleaching my hair twice in one day and you couldn't even tell as my hair felt so strong and smooth! Worth every penny, I would highly recommend it.

Excellent
Was recommended this by my hairdresser. My hair is very thick but fine, coloured and extremely damaged. It is also frizzy and wavy /curly. When I use this before blow drying and straightening it makes my hair look as if I have just stepped out of the salon and it will last a few days. Worth the money but be warned, you do have to put in on wet hair, not partly dried, otherwise you end up with little dandruff like flakes on your hair.

I have learnt over the years that your hair is so important so once every 6 months i use Kerastase range to boost my vitality and my hair is manageable and full of life and shine once again. Love these products. Try Bain de Force too for fine hair.

Great product
I have been using Kerastase Ciment Thermique for several months now. My hair is heavily coloured/highlighted and I find this product has improved the condition and look of my hair brilliantly. Just a very small amount before blow drying ensures that my hair looks sleek and healthy without being weighed down.
