Kérastase Ciment Thermique is the first heat-activated reconstructor milk for weakened hair. It works by strengthening the hair fibre internally and protecting the surface of the hair, smoothing it from root to tip, to leave it firm, supple and energised.
Kérastase Ciment Thermique is formulated with Thermo-activation, specially developed to use with heat, it increases the effects of the product by sealing the reconstructing active ingredients in the fibres; Vita-Ciment recreates the intercellular cement, strengthening the hair fibre from the inside; and Vita Topseal, a resurfacing active ingredient which reinforces the natural external protective layer. Hair is left firm, supple and energised.
Directions of use:
- Apply to towel-dried hair.
- Apply section by section to the mid-lengths and ends avoiding the root area.
- Massage-in thoroughly and repeat finishing at the front hair line.
- Detangle using a wide-toothed comb starting with the ends and moving towards the roots.
- Do not rinse.
- Blow-dry using a round styling brush.
- Style hair using flat ceramic irons or tongs.

Fantastic for damaged fine hair
If you blow dry your hair every day, you need this product. I have fine hair and blow drying is hard on my hair, but since using this product my hair breaks less when drying and has a wonderful silky feel

Essential for heat-styled hair
I have been using this cream for years now, and it is an essential part of my hair styling every morning. Bought this by accident - intended to purchase the conditioner but wasn't concentrating properly when I made my order! Lovely scent and definitely made my hair feel softer, however I probably wouldn't switch this for the conditioner if I had to make the choice between the two.
