Kérastase Ciment Thermique is the first heat-activated reconstructor milk for weakened hair. It works by strengthening the hair fibre internally and protecting the surface of the hair, smoothing it from root to tip, to leave it firm, supple and energised.
Kérastase Ciment Thermique is formulated with Thermo-activation, specially developed to use with heat, it increases the effects of the product by sealing the reconstructing active ingredients in the fibres; Vita-Ciment recreates the intercellular cement, strengthening the hair fibre from the inside; and Vita Topseal, a resurfacing active ingredient which reinforces the natural external protective layer. Hair is left firm, supple and energised.
Directions of use:
- Apply to towel-dried hair.
- Apply section by section to the mid-lengths and ends avoiding the root area.
- Massage-in thoroughly and repeat finishing at the front hair line.
- Detangle using a wide-toothed comb starting with the ends and moving towards the roots.
- Do not rinse.
- Blow-dry using a round styling brush.
- Style hair using flat ceramic irons or tongs.

I could never imagine not using this on my hair. I wave my hair with straighteners every other day and my hair has been balayaged so is very damaged and sensitised yet this protects my hair 100% and also makes the hair shaft smoother. Major improvement
I have very long hair therefore it's dry and damaged but this makes the world of difference leaves my hair feeling soft and looking healthy after I dry it. Smoothes down the breakages and adds shine. It's not a miracle healer but it helps! Pleasant smell too.

Excellent product
With a minimum quantity (just a nut) of product, it leaves your hair stronger and with a healthy shine. I have thin, straight hair, and with the irons I noticed that it becomes brittle and the ends split easily so after a while I had to cut them. Not anymore with this product!! It is the first time I buy something from this brand and will definitely repeat. I recommend it!!
