The iconic waterproof eyeliner is perfect for a range of looks, from fine flicks to bold lines, and can also be used to create a faux freckled effect. Inspired by tattoo artistry, the needle-precise brush tip offers complete control and precision for easy application.

For best performance, store your Tattoo Liner flat and shake it before use. Wipe the tip with a damp tissue to remove eyeshadow build-up.
Use light pressure for fine, exact lines. Add more pressure to create a thicker, bold eyeliner look. For faux freckles use the shade Mad Max Brown, and make small dots wherever you want your faux freckles. Use your fingers to tap the product into the skin and make freckles appear more natural. For deeper skin tones, let the dots sit on the skin for a few seconds before tapping.

I am very bad with eyeliner but I really wanted to try again and a brown seems like a less scary option. Also a travel size it is a great option for trying it especially if you don’t use eyeliner that often. I am no expert but this formula seem to have a nice pigment, it dries pretty fast, stays on and doesn’t smudge.
