Squeeze out excess moisture from the hair and apply, concentrating on the lengths and ends. Leave for 2-3 minutes, then rinse.

This whole range is great!
I have very thin, over processed, fragile and stretchy hair at the moment and also had covid a few months ago which seems to have left me with a lot of hair breakage and hair falling out. So my hair is in a bit of a desperate need right now and I’ve been trying a lot of things. I use this at every other wash, after shampooing (twice) and using normal conditioner, I apply a generous amount of this all over and then the put my hair up into a shower cap while I continue with the rest of my shower routine. I’d say this is on my hair for about 10/15 mins each time I apply it. I can definitely tell the times I haven’t used it, when I do it’s easier to brush my hair gently so as not to break it any more and also it doesn’t make my hair greasy - which it seems to easily do now it’s thinner. I love this and the whole Dream Lengths range, I’d say most of the products in this range are dupes for a very well known and expensive range of hair care products.
