It does transfer and dries your skin
I like the smell and feels like it holds the make up, but actually, it’s nothing as good as it says, because it does transfer like any other. I had a white shirt and the colar got make up. Plus, I’m a few hours dries your skin and feels all cakey. I used it a few times but I don’t think I will use anymore as maybe it’s what is leaving the skin around my eyes super dry. Would not recommend.
