Shower Gel: Squeeze the shower gel onto a cloth and lather all over your body. You can use a loofah if you want to slightly exfoliate the skin. Once clean, rinse and dry.
Moisturiser: Apply a small amount to cleansed skin twice daily. Spread evenly across the face, avoiding the eye area. Allow to absorb fully.
Cleaner: Apply to a damp face morning and evening. Work into a foam, then rinse thoroughly with water.
