A really lovely set, smells amazing and works to keep hair soft. The conditioner is challenging to use as it is a water and so can get wasted. The scent lasts for days and the blow dry cream keeps hair smooth

The rinse off treatment feels like a mini protein so I think the people experiencing dryness might be because they don’t need it. The application was a bit messy I will say. FYI I have 4b/c fine/medium high density hair

I’ve been using this system a few weeks now and my hair is in a great condition. I use heat a few times a week and my hair seems not to be showing the same dryness as usual. Doesn’t seem to be volumising which is a negative for my fine flat hair but have interchanged when I’ve wanted a style with body. Would recommend

Definitely need to use a separate conditioner as well as the serum. Shampoo is nice and lathers well. My hair feels stronger but still a bit frizzy.

I had high expectations for this set due to the reviews and prices, I have medium length hair and have to use a lot of the leave in mask to get a brush through my hair, after using for 2 weeks my hair felt more damaged and dry than before, I will go back to my previous brand, although not cheap but half the price of these products with better results.
