Very hydrating but not good for spot prone skin
I’ll put this on my dry areas at night and the cream is still there in the morning so definitely a good barrier cream. However, when I use it I notice I tend to break out wherever it’s been so it’s pore clogging in my opinion. I use very minimally now. I wouldn’t say it’s scent free, it smells very similar to that metanium yellow nappy ointment IMO which has quite a medical scent to it.
