I used this on a perioral dermatitis flare up and although it did calm it down slightly it didn’t get rid of the problem so I ended up having to buy a different cream! Probably not ideal for acne prone skin either!

moisturising but…
it’s a good product! it’s very, very moisturising but with someone with sensitive skin etc, it’s very clogging and greasy. i mainly use it for patches of eczema on my body and so, i think it’s just a bit too expensive.

Works best when not used all over
I originally bought this for my sebaceous filaments, but conveniently damaged my skin barrier at the same time so decided to use this to heal it. Have to say I woke up with dry patches all over my face HOWEVER, in the areas that were most damaged they felt instantly repaired and my sebaceous filaments were invisible!! This is good for treating problem areas but not good for use in the whole face.
