Thermal Spring Water from La-Roche Posay is a versatile spray for intense soothing and comforting of damaged, weakened, irritated or sensitive skin. Its refreshing formula is developed with micro-droplets of the brand's unique water to penetrate the skin for instant calming and softening, leaving the face and body hydrated.
A high concentration of selenium provides antioxidant protection to shield from free radicals and environmental aggressors, preventing further irritation. The water can also be used as a toner, to cool heat sensations in warm weather or to help set make-up. Suitable for men, women, children, babies, eczema and atopy-prone skin.
Paraben free. Non-comedogenic.
Suitable from 3 months old.
Hold spray 20cm from face and close eyes while spraying. Leave to penetrate for 2-3 minutes. Gently pat off excess with a tissue. Also suitable for use on the body.

So I bought this when my skin was having a melt down from over exfoliation. Red, irritated and just not happy! Aaaaand loved it. This can be used as a toner or a cooling spray any time. (It can also be layered In between skincare steps for added hydration) It’s a super simple product, I will say it doesn’t do much in terms of active care but it’s soothing and hydrating so if you’re sensitive Or if you’ve had a reaction to a product it’s a must have.

This is a must have for skin with sensitivity.It really helped me to soothe the sensitivity post retinol treatment when skin is peeling and irritated.It has minerals like selenium that help with the barrier function of skin. I also love to spray this prior to serum and moisturizer to help the product spread easily in my daily routine.I love the mister spray of the La Roche posay thermal water. It's very fine and sprays even when compared to other mists.

This stuff is AMAZING for sensitive skin - I use it in my day and night routine and I immediately noticed a difference in how calm and nourished my skin was feeling compared to other toners and mists I’ve tried. It definitely helped to calm down a lot of unexpected cheek and jawline acne for me. I suffer from quite serious anxiety and I have hot flushes - this is one of the few things I have found that cools my face down while also feeling really good. Great product, could do with better lasting pressure
Great for setting makeup and cooling irritated skin. Shame that each time tou get to the last 5th of the bottle it always gets binned the spray loses pressure resulting in splodges of the product coming out the nozzle instead of the lovely fine mist it should have

I have been using this product for 5+ years. I love it. I use it two/three X's a day...a must in my daily skin care routine. It was the best discovery for me because I have extremely sensitive skin, also have eczema...now my skin is great. Toners were too harsh but LaRoche-Posay Eau Thermale is the ideal product. I adore this, I know technically its just water but I carry it round everywhere and give myself a spritz to refreshen myself. I find it loosens extra moisturiser on the surface of you skin and helps in sink in again during the day. This is great for tired eyes and as a toner before serum. A great all rounder.
