Very soothing
I didn't want to like this as it's quite expensive at full price, but it really is excellent when your skin is sensitive or has reacted badly to something. If I have overused retinol, or my skin is reacting when the seasons change and the central heating comes on, or even after I've had a cold and my skin is dehydrated, this soothes it in a way other products don't. I've even found I can use it after derma-rolling without it stinging. It usually takes a couple of days of applying it twice a day to see a visible difference, but you can feel it working almost immediately. I do wish it was available in bigger bottles though as I find I get through it quite quickly when I need it. N.B. If your skin is really suffering, this, followed by La Roche Posay Cicaplast Baume B5, is a very soothing combination to use overnight.
