Brilliant
I have very sensitive eyes but this remover is absolutely brilliant. It is non-oily and removes mascara etc. so very easily without any rubbing. Leaves eyes feeling wonderful and what makes it so good as well as you can if needed apply fresh eye makeup immediately. In my opinion it is unbeatable would never use anything else.

Best eye-make up remover ever
I've been buying this for 12 years and nothing else compares for removing eye make up gently. Yes you might have to wipe it over a couple of times as its so gentle but a little goes a long way and you never have to tug at your eyes and it never stings. The holy grail of eye makeup remover
I’ve been buying this for years and nothing else comes close. It might be a bit more expensive than some others on the market but it’s a brilliant product. It removes even waterprooof mascara without pulling eyelashes or the delicate skin around the eyes. A bottle lasts a really long time as well even with daily use.

Is it really worth the money?
When I purchased the product I was hoping for a game changer. I wouldn't say it is the most amazing product ever but it's still pretty good. I was hoping that I could remove my eye makeup faster but I still have to work on removing mascara. But at least it removes my waterproof mascara completely - no waking up looking like panda in the mornings. It has Lancome signature rosy scent and oily consistency. Not sure if I would repurchase it as it is a very pricey for this kind of product and I believe that some drugstore products can perform as well.
